Agreement between User and Princeton Academy Ghorizon
Welcome to the Princeton Academy Ghorizon platform. This website consists of various web pages owned and operated by Princeton Academy Ghorizon. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any policies and notices referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use our services. We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms for your future reference.
Teachers have the flexibility to create their own schedules, set their availability, and conduct lessons through the platform. Students can browse teacher profiles, select their preferred instructor, book lessons, and securely pay for classes directly on the platform. Teachers receive weekly payments for successfully completed lessons. Princeton Academy Ghorizon pays teachers 85% of the lesson fee and retains 15% to support platform operations, technology, payment processing, customer support, and ongoing service improvements.
Electronic Communications
By accessing or using the Princeton Academy Ghorizon platform, or by sending emails or other electronic communications to us, you consent to receive communications from Princeton Academy Ghorizon electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, updates, policies, and other communications provided to you by email, through your account, or on the platform satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you create an account on the Princeton Academy Ghorizon platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for restricting access to your account and devices. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.You may not assign, sell, share, or transfer your account to any other individual or organization without the prior written consent of Princeton Academy Ghorizon. You acknowledge that Princeton Academy Ghorizon is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or from theft, fraud, or misuse by third parties. Princeton Academy Ghorizon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or suspend services, terminate accounts, restrict access, or remove, modify, or delete any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate or harmful to the platform or its users.
Children Under
Thirteen
Princeton Academy Ghorizon does not knowingly collect personal information, either online or offline, from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under the age of 18, you may register for or use the Princeton Academy Ghorizon platform only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the platform and ensuring compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation/Refund
Policy
You may cancel your class purchases at any time.
Cancelations made after 30 days will receive a 50% refund. All classes
purchased will stay in your Platform account for 6 months. After 6 months your
classes will expire with no refund. Classes may be used with any teacher of
your choice. You may also cancel your teachers lessons and re-use your purchase
within the site with another teacher. For questions please contact

("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Princeton Academy Ghorizon and the site is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site,

changes or updates to a Linked Site. The platform is providing these links to you
only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement
by Platform of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via the platform are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product,
service or functionality originating from the platform domain,
you hereby acknowledge and consent that the site may share such information and
data with any third party with whom Platform has a contractual relationship to
provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of Princeton Academy Ghorizon users and customers.
No Unlawful or
Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with
these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Princeton Academy Ghorizon that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or
prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could
damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other
party's use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain
any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available
or provided for through the Site.

used on the Site, is the property of Princeton Academy Ghorizon or its suppliers and protected by
copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary

notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will
not make any changes thereto.
You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer,
participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way
exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. The Platform
content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make
any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not
delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content.
You will use protected content solely for your personal use and will make no
other use of the content without the express written permission of the site and
the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in
any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to
the intellectual property of Platform or our licensors except as expressly

Services

the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services").
You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive

Materials Provided to Princeton Academy Ghorizon or Posted on Any Platform Web Page

Third Party Accounts
Princeton Academy Ghorizon may allow you to connect your account with certain third-party websites, applications, or services. By choosing to link your Princeton Academy Ghorizon account to a third-party account, you authorize the exchange of information between the platform and the applicable third-party service as necessary to enable the requested features and functionality.
You acknowledge and agree that any information shared with a third-party service will be subject to that third party's privacy policy, terms of use, and security practices. Princeton Academy Ghorizon is not responsible for the privacy, security, or handling of your information by any third-party service. If you do not wish to share your information with a third-party service, you should not link your Princeton Academy Ghorizon account to that service or should disconnect the integration at any time through your account settings, where available.

The Princeton Academy Ghorizon platform is owned, operated, and managed from the United States of America. Although the platform may be accessed from countries around the world, users who access or use the platform from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and legal requirements.

Princeton Academy Ghorizon reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter that would otherwise be subject to indemnification by you. In such circumstances, you agree to fully cooperate with Princeton Academy Ghorizon in the defense, settlement, or resolution of any such claim or legal proceeding.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute
between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any
provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity
for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by
final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act,
conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American
Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the
parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's
award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having
jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or
arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the
prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable
attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in
regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of
these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort
claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that
the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this
provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this
arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration
provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take
place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and
class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE
THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL
CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS,
COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE
ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and
Platform agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one
person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a
representative or class proceeding.
Liability Disclaimer
The information, software, products, and services included
in or available through the site may include inaccuracies or typographical
errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. The site and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the site at any
time.
The site and/or its suppliers make no representations
about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of
the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained on
the site for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
all such information, software, products, services and related graphics are
provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind.
Platform and/or its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions
with regard to this information, software, products, services and related
graphics, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the site and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct,
indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages
whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or
profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of
the site, with the delay or inability to use the site or related services, the

Termination/Access
Restriction
Princeton Academy Ghorizon reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform, your account, or any part of its services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or conduct that may harm Princeton Academy Ghorizon, its users, or third parties.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Sates of America without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Princeton Academy Ghorizon. Your use of the platform does not grant you authority to act on behalf of Princeton Academy Ghorizon or to bind the organization in any manner.
Princeton Academy Ghorizon reserves the right to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, court orders, governmental requests, and lawful requests from law enforcement agencies relating to your use of the platform or information provided to or collected by the platform.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent. The remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Princeton Academy Ghorizon regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, representations, or understandings, whether written, oral, or electronic.
A printed or electronically stored version of these Terms and Conditions and any related electronic communications shall be admissible in judicial, administrative, or legal proceedings to the same extent as other business records maintained in the ordinary course of business.
These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in the English language, and the English version shall govern in the event of any inconsistency or conflict with any translated version.
